 Sitting are often missed or encouraged in many roles , school, and social situations. When does it meet the standards for being listed as inactive or inactive?

Definitions of physical inactivity :

The definition of being inactive or physically inactive consumes but 1.5 kcal / kg / day in physical recreation, consistent with the Scottish Population Health studies.

This equates to walking just over two kilometers or 1.3 miles or about 3000 steps. for many people, this is often a 25 minute walk or less.

Is physical inactivity dangerous?
